I was wondering because I like the idea of jelqing and then stretching. Can it make the growth in length grow faster or slower?

I always thought it was a good idea to stretch first, so that your penis would be more warmed up for jelqing; jelqing has more potential for injury.Start July 2012: 6.3 BPEL, 5.125 MSEG

As long as you do a good warm up it doesn't really matter.
Try both and see what works better for you.
I was doing it both ways, however stretching first helped keeping erection higher for jelqs, If I start with Jelqs, it's harder to keep 60% EQ.Start BPEL- 6, MEG 4.8, BPFSL - 6.5 ---- Feb 1st 2012
