Hi I started pe 3 weeks ago and feel the benefit. I've now noticed a small growth of 0.5 inch and am elated with my progress.
My routine at present consists of 20 min stretching and the 500 reps of jelqs 5 sometimes 6 days of the week.
There are however a few questions I'd like to ask in the hope that the PE afficionados on this site might be able to answer.
FistLy as I measure 5 NBPEL is it possible to acheive 7 inches NBPEL if I work at it with unremitting dedication. 8 inches would be a dream
Secondly is there a risk of stretch marks and can this be avoided if I use say BIO oil or someother anti stretchmark cream/Oil after my session?
Finally Once and if I reach my goal will these gains be permenant or will there be a loss once a I cease training. And if there is a loss how much of a loss can I expect some or all?
