    helloo every body
    i am doing PE one month ago as usual ....warm up 7 mints ,Basic Stretching Exercises 7 mints ,WET Jelqing7 mints and worm down 2mints
    2 days ago i felt internal pain in the left side of my shaft
    what is this and how deal with this pain
    thanks in advanced

    Stop stretching so hard.

      Jonpop..what is your advise do i have to stop until this pain disappear or continue with stretching not hard

        WARM up at least 10 minutes before stretching. Stretch slow and easy.
        Do not pull past your regular flaccid stretched length for a few days.
