    i feel like the general consensus on this website is the less you masterbate, the better it is for your gains.

    i have no trouble dedicating myself to doing the workouts but cutting back on masterbating is a whole different story. im talking daily masterbation.

    so let me get it straight - its better to jerk off after a PE session rather than before one, but its best to just keep the jerking off to the rest days, if youre going to jerk off at all. is that right?

    I also masturbate daily. Sometimes twice a day. I've tried to cut back in the past without much luck. The longest I can remember going was for a week maybe. I think I would have more luck, however I quit smoking lately so I'm under a bit more stress and masturbation really helps that. As for how it can affect gains, I'm not really sure. I've heard people say it can, while some people say don't worry about it and keep masturbating. Although I doubt they masturbate daily. Who knows. I usually do only masturbate after a PE session though.

      I really wouldn't use masturbation as a stress reliever too much or rely on it too much, how about trying a walk or a run to clear your head?
      Obviously masturbation helps relieve stress just don't become too reliant on it.

      In the end, I think masturbation anything up to 5-6 times a week is fine. More then twice a day is a bit much and can make you feel drained

        I found the results in the PEgym survey about this and it's connection with gains to be tenuous. There are so many other factors that come into this.

        My big question is whether guys like me who had high EQ of 8+ when they started see newbies gains. If anything, I believe EQ gains are what give the fast gainers their results. This is still a theory of mine. Time and study will tell. I might just do a poll right now.

        Back to masturbation. If you had sex 10 times in a day, is that wrong? I don't see how. I've done that a few times and it was awesome. I've also masturbated 10-15 times in a single day on many occasions. I didn't feel drained.

        If having an erection helps cement gains, then masturbation should help PE. That said, I'm working on edging after PE sessions for 15-20 mins. I'm also following the wisdom that it's best not to orgasm 5 hours before or after PE.

        Orgasms are very important to me. They enrich my life whether with a partner or without. Before I started PE, I would climax 2-3 times per day on average. It's been a new experience for me to with hold orgasm, but I'm finding the edging sessions quite fun. Even a little kinky.

        I'm the sort of person who tried to follow the succes of others. That's why I'm here at PEGym and why I've altered my masturbation habits. Altered based on the 5 hour rule, mind you. Not stopped. It's up to you how committed you want to be to the program.
