    Pre-info: I warm up by jerking a little bit, get it hard, get it soft, get it hard, then stretch, then continue. I've been doing it for about 11 days. I've noticed it geting veinier and gaining 1cm lenght and 2-3mm girth on the 3rd day of measuring (that is after doing the exercises on day 1 and 2, and then measuring on day 3 when I'm not doing anything), probably swelling i guess

    I've been having OK gains so far but I've been doing it at almost 100% erection, I now heard that that is not a good thing, I've tried to keep it around 50% but how do you do it? It's either hard, or it's soft, right? I don't get it. And if I do, isn't there a chance of the dick being used to that erection level and not go to 100%

    2.
    I've been doing with both hands but i now feel like mr.johnson is harder on the left side and is getting a stronger curve where there already was a little curve.
    It's curved down and to the left, is their any way to get it more straight up and to the right to make it straighter?

    3.
    I don't really get v-jelqs, they don't feel like they are adding anything, any tips on other exercises i can do?

    Do NOT jelq at 100% EQ. NOT till you're well conditioned. You can seriously fuck up your dick.

    I don't do V-jelqs, I stick with the OK jelqs and manual stretches. Seems to be working great for me with conditioning my dick.

    Also, it might be better to actually do a warm up/warm down with a heat pad or rice sock each workout session.

      yo trollface,

      First of all, your warm-up should be something other than jerking it. You should either use a rice sock or heating bad or some hot water, but jerking it won't really provide a good warm-up, at all. Secondly, it may seem weird to not exercise it at 100% erection but as Jay said, it's can be very dangerous. Don't think of it as trying to get an erection, or a certain level of erection for that matter. Think of it as trying to force blood into your dick (because that's what your trying to do anyways). For me, sometimes doing some bends helps move more blood into the penis. Also, as far as your measuring is concerned, keep in mind it you will have more full erections at times than others. As for V jelqs, I do them to add a counter stretch to the regular jelq, but you don't have to... many people don't. I'm not sure about your curve, but you will find articles about how to have a routine mend the curve. hope that helps!

        Thanks for the tips, I won't do it at 100%, I'll wait for it to calm down if it goes up like that. The problem with the warm-up is that I'm doing it in secret so it's a problem :/
