  • I think jelqing is getting me nowhere

    I see no expansion during these. I have not gained anything in the girth department from these
    I think I will completly exclude them from my routine.
    I'm still getting decent length gains, little little girth gains.
    When I switch up 20 mins of jelqing with 20 mins of advanced girth exercises I will not waste any more time on a exercise that works for most but not for me.

    What's your opinion

    My opinion is..... Your jelqing technique is wrong.

      Are you v-jelqing? If it's girth gains you're after, I think OK jelqs are probably the wrong way to go, except for beginners (i.e. myself).

          Did you read the sticky at the top of this section regarding jelqing? If not, there might be info there that will help.

            I tried everything for nearly 6 months now.
            I switched from wet to dryjelqing, tried V-jelqs for a long time, slow jelqs, fast jelqs, low eq jelqs, high eq jelqs
            UJ's.
            Everything.
            never got real visible temporary expansion and of course no permanent girth gains.

            I guess I read nearly everything about jelqing because I tried to always focus my routines on this exercise yet no girth gains.

            Edit:
            I maybe should add that I get visible temporary expansion from advanced girth exercises.

                Before jelqing, squeeze the glans. It should be soft. Now jelq. When your hand reaches the gland, take your other hand and squeeze the glans again. If it's harder, then you're jelqing the right way. If not, then you're not moving blood efficiently. Try to increase the grip strenght and test again.

                I think jelqing isn't the best technique for neither lenght and girth, but it's a great conditioning exercise. If you've been jelqing for 6 months,you're doing them right and they don't work for you, I think your more than ready to move onto more advanced lenght and girth exercises.
                Initial Penis size (01/01/2013):
                BPEL: 5,5 inches
                EG: 5,5 inches

                Goal:
                BPEL: 7 inches
                EG: No more than 5,7 inches

                  My thought is that you have a very tough tunica, and that is why you aren't getting expansion. You need something more advanced in order to achieve that expansion.

                      Yeah. Just do whatever routine you want to do, but always include a bit of jelqing (like, 50 should be enough). They're healthy for your penis.
