    I did it, put my size in sig!

    i think that was the most embarrassing part of being on this forum... putting up my current size.

    hey, no gains yet but confidence is getting up there and i guess that's half the battle.

    so far i'm 1 week into JP's program (thanks JP) and i'm looking forward to the 90 day mark (dec. 21st)

    just thought i'd share... sorry if this is the inappropriate section to post in.

    Good luck Joseph . Start yourself a log and stick with it , for Xmas you can give that special lady a big gift.
