I was hoping to get some advice and pointers, to help me critique my routine following the first 90 days
I have finished JP's 90 day routine and seen some good change in flaccid size +1" as well as minor change in erect size +.5" . However the first
90 days is for conditioning.
My current routine following JP's is as follows:
Warm-up- 10 minutes in hot shower with washcloth
stretch under glands to the right for 30 sec count
to the left for 30 sec count
straight up for 30 sec count
straight out for 30 sec count
straight down for 30 sec count
and btc for 30 sec count
for 3 sets of each
2 minute warm up moving in to jelqs
followed by 6x50 sets of "ok" jelqs for a total of 300
and 2x50 sets of v jelqs for a total of 100
2 minute warm up moving in to bundled stretches
and finally bundled stretch 90 degrees to left and right for 30 sec counts straight out
180 degrees to left and right for 30 sec counts straight out
90 degrees left and right for 30 sec counts straight down
180 degrees left and right for 30 sec counts
for 3 sets each
10 minute warm down upon completing routine
also i supplement
vitamin b-complex
l-arginine 3g a day
l-lysine 1g a day
zinc 50 mg a day
ginkgo biloba 240 mg a day
Fish oil omega-3's 3000 mg a day
vitamin c 500 mg a day
Korean ginseng 200 mg a day
for blood flow, tissue maintenance, collagen maintenance and just for the health benefits of course.
Have not experienced any injury or adverse side effects if this helps.
