    Hi. I am new here and new to PE. I have been following a beginner routine for a little over a month. I started PE due to a decrease in erection quality and stamina along with an average penis size. About a week and a half ago I switched to JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine. So far I have only noticed small gains, the more noticeable gains being my FL,a small increase in EG and a slight improvement to EQ. Hopefully after 90 days, I will notice great improvements, around an inch in both EL and EG, higher EQ, and better stamina. I have also been looking into ballooning to increase my stamina, going to try it on my next off day.

    Here is the problem, my penis tends to point to the right. It doesn't curve, the bend starts at the base. It isn't subtle at all, and stretches may have made it more prominent. I think the ligaments have been stretched in that direction due to my masturbation habits when I was younger. Now is there any stretch or exercise that I can do to correct this? I figure I will probably have to limit or even stop stretching to the right. Though I am not sure if that is all I have to do.

    Also, can anyone recommend a decent, affordable IR light? I have a bit of a privacy issue (female roommate) and would love to be able to due my PE exercises peacefully in my room. I can't do the rice sock. What explanation do you give someone for putting a tube sock filled with rice into a microwave? I am not sure if the IR light bulbs sold at pet stores are good enough. If they are, does anyone have any experience with them?

    I dont know about the bulbs for a warmup but I do know about privacy issues. I feel I have mastered a great excuse. I use a heating pad to warm up my unit and when my roomate asks what the deal with the heating pad is I tell him that I have been working out and the treadmill makes my back stiff so I use the heat to help that issue, no more questions asked!!

      I have thought about using a heating pad, since it is pretty inexpensive. The thing is I have a terrible poker face at times, especially if the question pertains to something that I am going to be putting on my penis. So I rather not have to answer anyone's questions. I would rather just be able to go into my room, turn something on and be able to warm up. Though if an affordable IR light is out of the question, I may have to suck it up and use a heating pad.

        My girlfriend uses some product similar to a rice sock for migraine headaches. You can always say your heating it up and going to lay down. I'm also working out a good whopper to tell my roommate (not my GF), I just joined PE gym too.

        More important is the curve issue. My penis used to curve quite a bit to the right, although it wasn't at the base, but it was the lower part of the shaft. I began "dressing" to the left, and stretching to the left as well and it is much more centered although it does still curve.

          I think I may have solved the warm up issue. I just ordered a cheap GE infrared bulb. It received decent reviews for heat, so I figure why not try it out.

          About the bend, should I still do stretches to the right? Would anything negative happen if I stop stretching to the right completely? I just recently noticed that I subconciously always dressed to the right, so I just started to dress to the left. How long did it take for your penis to start to become noticeably centered? Do you think I would notice some centering by the end of a 90 day routine?

            And what excuse will you tell for the light? Personally I use the medical gel packs that can be put in the freezer for cold and boiled or microwaved for heat. I took the bigger I could find(about 12x12 inches). They are great because they stay warm for a really long time and they are really cheap, about 15 bucks. No one asked question about why I bough this gel pack yet but if someone does I'll just say my back hurts and heat helps.

            For your pointing problem, may I ask if you masturbate a lot? When I was a teen mine started to point a little to the left, then a lot. I switched the hand I use to masturbate and now It's perfectly straight. I'm still surprised it didnt start to point the other way though lol!

              A decent IR light will cost around 75$.

              Use a heating pad, trust me. It's for back pain

                I used to masturbate a lot, especially when I was a teen. I seemed to have had a porn addiction, and would constantly masturbate to porn whenever I had the chance. Although I am a righty (I am actually working on becoming ambidextrous), I used to masturbate with my left hand all the time. It was easier to use a mouse and masturbate at the same time. I stopped masturbating as much when I was 20-23, but this last year I began to masturbate a lot again (too much time on my hands). I think my constant masturbation to porn has caused my penis to point right and destroyed my ability to get an erection without porn. As of the past month and a half I am porn free. Also, I am going to try to use my right hand more when I do masturbate and hopefully I will see the same result as 4 to 7.

                I am going to try out the IR light since I already ordered it. If it doesn't work well, I will just end up getting a heating pad.
