    Hmmm yes I don't wanna discourage anyone ... I really didn't even gain size in my first 50 days besides flaccid and veins ..

    Are my gains atypical? I focus on girth and I've gained half an inch in both length and girth, is that really that unusual for the first half year? Maybe I should be happier about my gains ... I was getting a little down that I hadn't gained much girth in the last month lol I just need to stay at it and I will keep gaining im sure ^_^

      For the OP:

      To gain girth I'd recommend jelqing, squeezes, ulis, semi-errect bends/o-bends, UJs/UVs, bundled stretches, supra-slammers, and if you have done a good number of months with no gains then clamping or pumping.

      Look them all up first to see proper technique and don't start too intense. Watch out for negative PIs, girth is generally more intense than length so if you're getting more than a handful of red dots then lower the reps/holds.

      For girth exercises such as the ulis and squeezes its really important to get a good warm up also. And you'll generally need more rest days if you're doing a girth focused routine.

        I'm brand new to this site and I have not yet or decided whether or not to begin exercises but I'd say stop at 5.5" girth. I'm 6" girth and have never had anyone take it easily or comfortably. There are women that can but not many. Avoid 6", you'll probably get less action than you are now. Trust me.

            Ha, well I'm probably not going for anything. I wasn't sure if adding an inch and a half of length would make my penis appear "pencily" or not.

              Loose the extra weight and if you do nothing with your penis at all you will still be better off for it. Loose the weight and make your penis bigger is a win win proposition.

                I agree with Rbi99 on this one. I've heard a lot of people have noticed their size to be larger after weight loss. You'll be healthier and if you're able to add some muscle rather than just getting rid of weight, women love that. You're not small by any means, either. I wouldn't be worried about your size at all. I'm going to go out on the limb on this one and say being fit will make your sex so much more enjoyable. Just a thought, take it how you want.

                  Hey thanks for all the tips guys. I started JP90 today and started eating healthier. I've decided that right now I just want to be healthier and have better EQ. If some gains come along with that then that's ok.

                  I am also giving up porn. I think that is a hindrance. I haven't had one of those 100%, rock hard, throbbing with your heart beat, about to explode erections in a long time. I blame it on porn and being unhealthy.

                  I have a question about jelqing. It's seems I pull alot of skin up and my balls follow. Then I have to pull the skin back down to get my second grip at the base. Am I squeezing too hard. Cuz I don't feel the blood moving if I don't have a firm grip but then the skin and balls takes a ride too.
