So I have been snooping around here and even, briefly, started PE for about 3 days, but I hadnt really found the best exercise regimen so I sort of felt like i wasnt getting the most bang for my buck, or whatever metaphor fits that.
So tomorrow is the beginning of a new week, and i figured why not start a rockhard PE regimen, and stick to it.
I have looked and am having a hard time understanding all the acronyms and such so its hard to know what exercises that are being referred.
I know basic stretching, jelging ( or is it jelqing?) and kegels. pretty much just the basic stuff out on the front page.
I was wondering if someone would maybe point me in the direction of a good beginners routine to sort of get me and my penis acclimated and slowly increase the intensity
Right now I am BPEL7.25 x 6, I am hoping to reach 8, and I will se if i wish to continue from there. On average how long would this sort of growth take?
