PI's are Physiological Indicators..............What is going on with your penis........Size, shape, color, feeling, EQ ect.......... everything to do with your penis. Yes- e.g.- it's possible to have an injury but still be able to get a rock hard erection. My advice- any negative PI's should be addressed immediately. I'm having something like that, the next day after routines my penis feels somehow sore (like when you sleep after a body workout), but I can still get hard erections and morning wood. The feeling bothers me and it's the only negative PI I can notice. If your training is causing residual soreness lasting more than a day then you either need to cut back on your training or you can increase your rest days.
