    Hello All,
    As the subject of this message suggests, this relates to a very dull pain I've had in my penis since my last PE session on Friday. On Friday morning, I did a small jelqing session (120 jelqs). I think for about 10 of those jelqs, I may have done them at a slightly higher erection level - but the rest were done at 30% erection level. I did stretches in the evening. On Friday night, my EQ was great. On Saturday, I noticed a dull pain. Hence, I decided to skip PE. I decided only to return to PE after that pain has completely subsided. My erection level on Saturday wasn't high - but that might also be a function of a low state of arousal. It has been 4 days and I still have a dull pain. I know I had no trouble with morning wood yesterday (third day) morning but there was none this morning. The pain is definitely not getting worse but I am not entirely sure if it is getting better. I just hope I have not caused enough damage to have permanent ED. I am VERY paranoid right now. How much longer should I wait before seeing a urologist about this? I should add that the pain is not there when I wake up in the morning.

    Has anyone else experience something similar? I am really scared right now.

    I would say you caused minor trauma to your penis and I would stop exercises until the dull pain has subsided. You just have to be careful when starting out jelqing. Just lay low for a couple days and you should be fine

        That last session, did you do anything out of the ordinary? I assume you have been jelqing for a while now. Could you have done something after the session that caused it, such as you masturbated and did something, sat down funny, etc. Where is the pain exactly anyways?

          1. Stop doing PE until the pain subsides.

          2. Apply heat twice daily to aid recovery.

          3. Be careful next time.

            I took a break for a week..This was my second session after the break. Nothing out of the ordinary. I think it may have been the 10 jelqs with the increased erection level. I had done that before and hurt myself but I healed within a few days. I just hope this does not affect erections. My cousin is a doctor and I told him about this. He said erections have more to do with blood flow so that should be not be a problem. In the last two days, I have just been too tensed to have an erection at all. That being said, I did have a very strong EQ a few hours after my last stretch session on friday evening. That shouldn't have happened if I had damaged something to prevent erections right? Thank you so much for your response. I'll confess I've been doing this off an on for about 2 months. I had to stop once for a week because of a similar mistake that caused a little bleeding (which was surprisingly NOT painful at all!). I wanted to avoid that happening again so I stopped the PE on Saturday. I am just a little rattled by the fact that there is still some degree of pain - very dull pain though - and I don't feel it as soon as I wake up in the morning. I just hope I start having normal erections again fairly soon.

              Absolutely! Goes without saying.I will definitely do the heat thing. I did it once yesterday but I should probably do it once in the morning and at night.

                The pain is kinda all over. Really hard to pin-point but I imagine a good part of it is concentrated in the base - but the tingling sensation is through the length of my unit. I've had this before when I had an injury a few weeks ago (due to something similar) but I bounced back from that very quickly - within like 3 days or so - which is why I am a little concerned that it has been 4 days like this.

                  You are going to have to be awfully careful from now on. It is pretty obvious that your unit is extremely sensitive. Lighter pressure, fewer reps, etc.

                    I absolutely agree. I think it is a pressure and erection level thing. Not so much reps. I should be ok in few days though right (desperately seeking reassurance here!!!)?

                      it is a shame though because jelqing really does provide the immediate reward of a great EQ- which I had even on the day of my last session 4 days ago.

                        So the pain seems to have gone down but I still have a tingling feeling in my unit. Morning wood was not an issue this morning but it was not at a 100 percent . Is that a matter of concern?

                          The pain started decreasing dramatically two days ago and my EQ is good. But I have to admit this past week has definitely scared me quite a bit. I am reluctant to get back to jelqing for a while. If I did start with light stretches for a few weeks (until the pain completely goes away), would that be a good idea? Is it absolutely impossible to get gains in length without jelqs? Any input here would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
