  • Question about the JP Routine

    Hi guys,

I started but never completed the JP90 routine about a year ago but I'm back because of a PE problem. I've been advised of the reverse kegels to tackle the physical side of PE and I was going do 50:50 RK and normal kegels with the JP90 routine but it appears kegels aren't part of the routine now? I'm positive there was a 300 rep kegal exercise in the JP90 routine before.
    19/08/13 (Before PE)
    BPEL: 4.5"
    EG: 4"

    16/12/13 (Slight decrease in routine)
    BPEL: 5"
    EG: 4 and 1/8"

    12/01/14 (Back on routine)
    BPEL: 5 and 2/8"
    EG: 4 and 2/8"

Not sure if kegels were included in the JP90 routine; however, I see no reason not to include it if you are having PE issues.

    12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
    12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
    01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1
    01/14 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.25
    01/16 NBPEL - 5.4, MSEG - 5.5

Kegels are included in JP90. It says to them during stretches. Anyway I would advise to do a separate kegel routine, such as this https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...asm-guide.html
      Start(11.24.11) BPEL 6 7/8 EG 4 7/8
