  • Efficiency Routine

    Hey Everyone,

    I'm back after literally a couple years away. It seems that each time I get into PE I don't keep up with it long enough to get meaningful results for whatever reason. These days it is definitely due to lack of time. I need something that can be done in minimal time but still get me results. I realize that this is far from ideal and my results will be lacking compared to an ideal scenario, but I have to work within the constraints of my schedule. I'm still a beginner so I should see results. JP's routine takes too long. Is there something that can be done in the shower, perhaps daily for 15-20 minutes that would still work?

        You should feel free to break up your routine, maybe take two showers, in the morning, do 10 minutes worth of stretches. Then take a shower in the evening and do 10-15 minutes worth of jelqs

          I don't have time for 2 showers a day.

              I know that. But right now I'm short on time, so the question what is the least amount of time I can invest and still gain? I'm a beginner so it shouldn't be that much time. When I have to advance and require an increase in time then I'll deal with that. when I get there.

                just do as much as you can in that time.Then just alter the intensity to switch it up if you are not gaining.
