I wonder how many big gainers didn't do a cool down. . . Dustpan did, Bib did, Big Girtha did. It seems to be a big factor that seperates them from the average guys.

It could be we've all been missing a very important step. Is anyone trying this now besides Dustpan? remek, have you tried it? Are you currently PEing?

HG, Great! Keep us updated! It will be interesting to see when/if you start noticing changes.

            hg5,

Hi, How is the routine coming along with the cool down after your hanging?
            Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

            Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

            Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"
Some people see things, and say, "Why"
I dream of things that never were, and say "Why Not"

Dusty, how long into PE did you start doing a cool down? Did you notice any differences? If so, how long did it take?
What were they? I know you said your flaccid hung longer, any others?

                Iguana,

I started PE back in July of 2005 and it around November of 2006 I started the cool down process, so I have been using the cold cloth for about 1 year. The effect that the cold has on me is that the penis after the work out, still remains elongated a lot longer. I noticed the difference after the first week of applying the cold cloth. I do a lot of heavy hanging and after the hanging session the cold would help ease the strain of the heavy weights. I have never tryed using the cold while hanging, hg5 want to apply cold while hanging. This might work probably about the same way, I guess if you use the cold to long you might have a numbing feeling while you are hanging.

                  Dustpan,

The routine is coming along very well. I use a ice pack for the last ten minutes of my hanging routine. The flaccid penis feels much more extended (following hanging) especially when I jump straight into ADSing with the what-a-grip. Hope gains will come soon. Will track progress over the next four weeks.

Thanks guys! This is very encouraging information! According to what we are learning, your experiences are exactly what one would predict -
the tissue is staying extended for much longer periods of time. It seems the penile connective tissue responds in the same manner as the connective tissue in the posted studies (tendons & ligaments.) I think considering most guys who PE do not cool down, this could be a very substantial PE discovery. I'm eager to test on myself.

Dusty - What were your gains from July 2005 to November 2006, without the cool down, VS November 2006 to now, using the cool down? Just curious.

                      Iguana,

I had to go back to my growth chart. From July 2005 untill November 2006 my growth was 1.125" EL with out the cool down. From December 2006 untill now my growth with the cool down is 1.625" EL. There was about a month that I didn't workout because of the hip operation in October 2006.

Apparently, not a lot of people cool down . . . I'm not surprised, as most guys are usually instructed to warm down after a workout (for one reason or another).

Dusty's experience is very interesting and seems to support the notion that cooling down assists growth.

Dusty, correct me if I'm wrong -
In 17 months, using no cool down, he gained 1.125" EL - Avg gain of .066" month
In 13 months, (14 minus the month he was off) using a cool down, he gained 1.625" EL - Avg gain of .125" month

What really gives this more weight is the fact that for the most part gains should have slowed for him. Most guys will have their greatest gains in the first year. It's really unusual for gains to increase after that period of time.

                              Iguana,
I think that the hardest gains that I had to work for was that last .187 of an inch from July 2007 untill November 2007. I went back to my routine that I had in 2006, because I was at that time at a plateau that hard to climb over. I think that your break down for those two periods are very good because I never look at it that way.

Iguana: Good break down. But I also want to throw some other ideas out there. Dust also increased the intensity as time went on (most men don't, and that's a big reason why gains slow).

Also, I might be wrong on this, but Dust: Was the last 13 months your most intense?
