  • hey guys, I'm new and have some quick questions

hey guys as you can see I'm new to this forum. I have done jp90 for a month as of today and love it so far. I was dumb and didn't do any measurements before I started but I was around 6 inches give or take like .2 on either side probably, anyways my questions are: would it be okay to add fowfers and JAI stretches in the mornings a few hours before I do my jp90 session or is this just asking for trouble?

I couldn't predict; just add a small amount, not to strenuous, monitor PI, EQ.

Thanks for the fast reply,I'll just start slow like you said. A question about fowfers is when I searched all that came up was a "side fowfer" which basically looked like putting your flaccid penis between you legs and using them to stretch it. Is this correct? and is this the kind I should be doing? thanks

I'm also a bit of a newbie...I'm familiar with quite a lot of the acronyms, however PI is one that I am not familiar with. Seems like a basic one that I should be aware of though; I've come across it a few times!

What does it stand for please?

        Thanks

"PI" is short for "Physiologic (..and some read 'Penis').. Indicators."

And I didn't find it under https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...-acronyms.html, so your question is valid.

But it's an article about it here: https://www.pegym.com/articles/physi...p-penis-growth

It suggests that you should monitor changes in your natural response or indicators your body display. Like for instance if you are used to having hard morning erections, and that they become weaker or lacking after some PE workout, then it is considered a negative PI.

To turn it around, if you are used to good erections in general, but after some workout regime get real hard erections, it is a positive PI.

When jelqing, small red spots may be seen as a sign of a sufficient good workout and hence often interprted as a positive PI, whereas if these small red spots are not gone in a day or if bruises occur it is considered a negative PI.

              Hey ino,

Thanks for the post. That really puts things into perspective and the article you posted was a fantastic and quick comprehensive read.

I never knew the definition, but have always had the belief that the body will tell you what it needs more of, or less of...I have always gauged my activities based on how my body feels. Now with respect to PE, I actually can use the PI definition for it!

              Thanks heaps.
