Where do you put pressure when you jelq? Top/bottom or side/side?

      Yea, that grip is very similar to the pincher grasp. In fact, they seem to be the same grip. It's funny, almost every exercise has umpteen names.

      Anyways, some guys claim that the C-grip is just as effective as the OK GRIP. Let me know how it works out for you.

        thats almost like the sideways v grip im doing rite? i saw some people were jelqing top and bottom and i just turned my v grip sideways and switched hands alternating reps. 20 jelqs each side
