I can't match that time commitment (do you work at home?) but I am definitely going to step it up once my Little Arnold gets into better shape. I hope that in a few months I will be at 5.0 girth
A few questions:
-Were softer jelq's more effective for you or do you find harder ones better?
-Is it ok for little bits of skin to come off? I use baby oil and little bits of skin chunk up and come off
Also, what do you all think of these jelq ideas I came up with when experimenting:
1) I take two fingers, put my He-Man in between, then kind of clamp my fingers together like scissors, then squeeze and slide. I can really feel the pressure towards the end as I do this. Ive done it both ways but prefer when my two fingers are pointing to the ground. Its kind of like the jelq device but with my fingers.
2) I put my hands together perpendicular to each other, but my Bog Bopper in between my hands (so its going the same direction as the top hand, and the other is perpendicular), squeeze my hands together, and slide. Also, I sometimes put it in that hole that forms at the bottom when you hold your hands together (in the same direction) and slide.
I usually do the above two when softer (50%). It seems to get a good stretch as well as good blood flow. However, you all are the experts I want to know if you have tried those methods and if I should not do it that way.
