  • What are the realistic expectations?

I know some guys will gain faster and some slower...
But what is the most common gain in a period of 6 months if you were to do a normal, solid jelqing rutine, with some stretches etc...
    something like jps 90...

I have seen posts where a guy says hes gained an inch in a month and another one where someone didnt gain anything in 6 months,so for guys that have been hanging on this forum for some time what do you think is a realistic expectation?

I don't think there's a realistic expectation, as you said some gained nothing in 6 months, others gained quite a lot (not an inch in 1 month though) , and in the end an average of gains wouldn't be really interesting as you could be the unlucky one.
I would recommend to just try JP90 and see what happens, if anything you can be sure if you PE correctly you will get better EQ, and a bigger flaccid.
Inform us of your progress along the road and ask for advice when you have technical questions on PE, it will motivate you.
If you need more motivation to get started, sail to the success forum!

      I agree 100% with popol

There are definitely no guarantees. My only addition to this is that if you remove the time component, then I do believe there is always progress that can be made. There fore, if you adopt PE as a lifestyle then you will always be making progress, no matter how slight.

      Good luck

I like this attitude! 'to adopt PE as a lifestyle'... =)
