  • Just to be clear, this is JP90 Routine?

    I was just a little confused what JP90 was at first so just to make sure it is this correct:
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    L.O.T. (Now Obsolete, I should not do L.O.T.)

    Warm-up with Hot-cloth for 8-10 minutes (I use heating pad at constant temperature)

    Helicopter Shakes, Glan Stretches to Thigh with Kegels, Straight out BIG circles (Repeat in different directions)

    3 sets of 50 Wet Jelqs and 30 V Jelqs for a total of 150/90

    Warm-down with Hot-cloth for 8-10 minutes (I use heating pad at constant temperature)

    2 Days on and 1 day off

    Just making sure this is what I do, thanks for any advice or corrected mistakes I make.

      it can be either. i your unit feels ok after 2 then maybe try 3 days in a row i've read people normally just try to get 4 or 5 sessions a week

        it can be either. i your unit feels ok after 2 then maybe try 3 days in a row i've read people normally just try to get 4 or 5 sessions a week

        everything else seems fine. i do 20 min warm up just to get my unit really soft and heated up

          If im not mistaking warm down is only 5 mins.
          Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
          Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
          The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

            Yeah the warm down is 5 to 8 minutes!

              I personally do jelqs first and streches after since if I do streches first and start jelqing my penis is really fatiqued.

              I feel that I get a better workout that way.

              Do each jelq for 3-5 secs, wamup and warmdown every time so you won't get injured.

                  I do 3 days on 2 days off because that is all I can handle because it feels like I over worked it.
