Beginner, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Hi,
I'm 21 and I've recently found out that my girlfriend has had a partner (3rd) with a larger penis than myself (4th). My current erect length is 7.1" and 5.7" girth. I can appreciate that this is not small. However I was tormented through school and as a result am pretty insecure about my manhood. She told me his penis was 9" long (which is significantly larger than my own, and dread to think of the girth) When I found out I was crushed and would never wish this feeling for anybody.This has encouraged me to try and increase my size, however I'm am at a novice level in all aspects and I need some help.

I have shown my Target below.

-Current Length - 7.1"
-Target Length - 8"

-Current Girth - 5.7"
-Target Girth - 6" - 6.3"

These are some questions I have, answers would be greatly appreciated.

1)What are the best ways to increase length and how to do it?

2)What are the best ways to increase Girth and how to do it?

3)What's your opinion on "The Jes Extender" / "Bathmate"?

4)What do such Abbreviations as "BEPL", "EPL" etc stand for

No I'm still with her, and she said he was clueless/useless in bed, thank god lol. But it still bothers me.

Does it really matter; she's with you and not him. There will always be someone bigger, taller, have more money, funnier, etc. You get into that trap now you're done! Yes you can make yourself bigger but it won't mean a dang thing if your head isn't screwed on right.

You are right, and I completley agree with you. Surprisingly as a couple we're doing even better now and she has said that I'm the best she's had and the sex is great and would not change anything. She has even admitted that I have her wrapped around my finger. But this is something I Need to do for myself to build some confidence. So help would be appreciated, thank you.

Welcome to the Gym from a noob....you got some decent starting stats I'd be happy with that girth personally and work on end quality, but I'm married and the missus doesn't even want to make it any bigger ( tough lol)

Once you've done the JP90 as more than likely most users on here did 1st, then you could start on some more extreme routines to get what you want.

I've not used an extender or pump (bathmate) yet...but I'm considering getting a basic pump, from many reports on Pegym, they're pretty good and some have permanent gains from them.....read as many posts as you can on this forum...its awesome and literally full of useful info

You are absolutely correct that this is something that you should be doing for yourself. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html is definitely a great way to get started safely and seeing gains. I'd also recommend planning up front for a long journey - significant permanent gains take time, so planning ahead for this will improve your chances.

Start off by believing in yourself. If you don't nobody else will either. Understand that as much as you want sex,,,,,it's not everything -especially to her. Treat her with dignity and respect,,,,,,don't be wimpy but DO BE KIND. SHe will see that you are a good man and respect you more that just for your dick alone. Don't keep asking her "WAS I GOOD" or "WAS IT GOOD",,,,,if she has something to say she will ask you. Of course if she falls off the bed on her skull, help her up and ask her how she is. Just use a lot of common sense here. Keep doing your PE. Realize that she is with you now.....not anyone else. You wouldn't want her to feel belittled just because you were with other women,,,,,,,,so make her feel as confident as you want her to make you feel.

Cook her Ravioli with meat sauce and have plenty of good italian bread on the side. Set a third plate,,,,,,,,,,I'm on my way over!! :-) Good Luck.

I can appreciate the insecurity thing, but spend some time looking at the readily available info, then if you have particular questions about particular exercises, please, feel free to ask away. Too many guys come in here new, and rather than do some basic research, ask questions that they can easily answer themselves.

Is this a result of the Jelqing (new skin being formed) and my glands are looking pretty fatigued aswel. HELP!!! P.s. I'm pretty sure it's not an sti or summin.

Hope your not using soap/shower gel to jelq!! will cause problems for sure and definitely dry your skin possibly why your's is getting flakey?
