So im currently following JP's 90 days routine and i wanted to add more to it. so basically i've been doing it 5 days on 2 days off, i haven't had any minor injuries and trying to avoid them at any cost. So practically can i work on edging on off days or should i totally avoid any type of exercise to prevent injuries?
