Hi, I'm brand new at this and am excited to get started but I have one major problem, I don't want anyone to know I'm doing PE. The only chance have to do it is in the shower which usually takes me about 10-15 minutes. I don't want to start taking really long suspicious showers so I would have to keep my workouts at around 10-15 minutes long. Also I can't use any equipment. My question is are there any effective workout routines that I could do that would be about 10-15 minutes? If there are please tell me. Thanks for the help.

10 Minute Workout?

It takes 10 minutes to properly warm up. What you can do is stretch after every bathroom break and save for an extender or some sort of ads ( all day stretcher.:peace::hippie::rockon::music:

Well like Glam said you could save up to get an extender. PE just take time or you could do some stretching chance you get and do some traction wrapping to keep it from turtling. I just don't see that doing to much for you though but if you don't have the time then it is going to be to hard for you to do PE. I was going to say you could do the JP 90 Routine but you have to put in the time.

Seems like you might not be old enough to be here, at least that's the vibe i'm getting here. But just in case. If you don't have the time to do routine properly with manual exercises, you should not start this. Since you have a crunch for time, you would possibly end up injuring yourself trying to rush the exercises. If you can't use any devices such as extenders, this may not be for you just yet. But then again i'm still new, but the JP90 takes time, at least (including warmup) 30mins-45mins for an effective workout and thats just for the first week or two, when you increase intensity and reps it goes on longer. atleast imo.
Once you have conditioned you penis, you could look into more intense yet shorter workouts such as the S2S and squeeze techniques BigAl posted around here somewhere.

I'm going to buck the trend here.Originally posted by Buddy951 View PostHi, I'm brand new at this and am excited to get started but I have one major problem, I don't want anyone to know I'm doing PE. I don't warm up, or warm down, and do my routine in about 25 minutes. And I've grown maybe 0.8 inches in length and 0.2 in girth in about 5 weeks.
I realize this pace of gains probably won't continue forever, but I've had great results.
I don't bother with the long routine or warm ups, as I've read research to say that neither has much benefit for PE.
And most importantly, I know my body. If my penis starts hurting, or I get pains, I'll just stop all togethor. I've had nothing at all.
Just know your body and be responsible. Only slack off on the warming up if you can't do 5 days in a row, with ease. And I mean no soreness at all.

You know, if you can't do a heavy routine, without soreness, then really do warm up.
But seriously, there's no reason to spend any more than 25 minutes on the routine or excercising.
Your results won't change whether you do 25 minutes per day or 2 hours.
Like any excecise the gains come from a short, intense period or work. Followed by rest
Look at running - who has bigger muscles. A sprinter? Or a marathon runner?
And it's not because the sprinters spend hours in the gym every day. It's simply because intense short excercises gives you huge limb/muscle gains
Believe it or not, most sprinters are ripped purely from sprinting a lot..........they spend average amounts of time lifting weights and look like body builders.

Here's the link to that particular routine: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...e-routine.htmlOriginally posted by CaptAbe View PostSeems like you might not be old enough to be here, at least that's the vibe i'm getting here. @ cm79:
I do agree with the short intense theory for building muscles. I am a stronglifter. I workout 3 days a week, for no more than 1 hour each session and I have managed to gain 30 pounds of almost all muscle in around 7 months. But aren't you forgetting something? INTENSITY INCREASE! Thats it! in almost any workout you can't gain unless you gradually increase the intensity of your workout. Your penis needs to be fatigued. It needs to be challenged. If there is no tension, no deformation is going to occur. Your body adapts real fast and I'm guessing than when your body adapts to the intensity of your workout, the gains will stop coming. The safest way to increase the intensity at the beginning is by adding time to your workout. You cannot incorporate advanced moves into your routine until your penis is well-conditioned. Then maybe time does not play a role as important as it did at the beginning.
And concerning your advice on not warming up or down for that matter, I hope no one is stupid enough to take it(no offence). It worked for you but it is really dangerous at the beginning. I bet you would have gained even more had you warmed up. Later on you can reduce your warm up time to 5 mins but at the beginning stick with the 10 minutes minimum. I jelqed for 2 nights in a row without warming up for only 5 mins, I figured warm-up is just gonna be a waste of my time and I ended up with a numb penis for 3 days. It was then that I discovered this forum and it got me started with my routine that starts with a 15 min warm-up. Injuries are not fun! Do your best to avoid them.

Gosh, that's a lot of restrictions you have. All things considered, I'd say PE isn't right for you.Originally posted by Buddy951 View PostHi, I'm brand new at this and am excited to get started but I have one major problem, I don't want anyone to know I'm doing PE. At least not right for you at this point in your life. When will you be ready? Well ... when you are no longer afraid to tell your gf/wife that you are doing PE. When you are willing to put in the proper time top get a descent PE workout. And when you are not afraid of devices. At some point the manual effort gets old, and that's when devices are priceless. Yeah, I'd say once your mindset changes, you MIGHT be ready for the commitment PE takes to grow a dick."with great EQ, comes great responsibility"

Honestly i had the same problem. I'd take long 1 hour showers (really doing PE) and when someone asked me what I was doing I said shower meditating. Going under really hot or really cold water and trying to train my body to be less sensitive to the heat and cold. But since you don't have the luxury of time honestly 15 minutes is all you need. It's better than nothing and you will feel the difference in strength of your penis and feel much more energy down there after only a few days. REMEMBER do kegels and reverse kegels for at least 5 mins a day. You are getting the "warm up" from being in the shower. I just use baby oil and vaseline (both are reasonable skin products that no one will associate with PE) and use them together as lube (first i apply a layer of vaseline all around then cover the vaseline with a nice even coat of baby oil) while on the toilet but I leave shower water running to make ppl think I'm in the shower. I close the toilet and put a towel over it and near my feet. because if I get my penis wet with water in the shower that prevents slipperiness in the jelq so I just step out after I take a real shower. When I'm done with jelqs I hop back in the shower for a "warm down"

Of one is truly time restricted, they can always break their workout up into manageable chunks throughout the day. The warm up is most necessary for girth work, so a shower would be the ideal time to do that. One could even consolidate on movements- like doing a "moderate" jelq (moderate degree of lube and erection for even length & girth development) for more efficiency.
While it's better to do all of your length, girth, and stamina work in one setting, some training is better than none.Want a FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE
