Hey all lately ive been really serious with achieving results - longer schlong. But everytime i exercise my penis it seems to harden up and contract shortly after i jelq. Now i know this can be associated as a neutral PI but im not seeing any positive indicators nor negative indicators so its really frustrating. Ive downed my jelqing length from 10mins to 7 but it still contracts so im getting a bit worried here do i have to go down to five or lengthen the time or do i have tojust continue and wait? Help is needed thanks

This happens to me also, what I recommend that can help is to edge after your workout and then warm down in a hot bath/shower or using a hot rice sock.
Edging is simply masturbating but holding off ejaculation for as long as possible. Do this and then warm down and it should help. What you're describing is turtling - a common issue after PE workouts and one that happens to me also.
This could be due to your routine being too strenuous, in which case it's good that you have already decided to reduce the intensity of your routine.
Perhaps edge and then choose a warm down and see whether this helps.Original start - 15th May '13 - July (stopped)

It is only normal if it doesn't last more than a day. This way it would be considered a neutral PI and you wouldn't have to worry about it. I would keep the 10 mins if it doesn't last more than one day and keep an eye on other PIs. How long do you warm up/ warm down? Do you jelq with high intensity? do you wet jelq or dry jelq?
I have noticed that edging right after your routine without ejaculating helps with your falccid size and its even better than warming down if it's done for over 20 mins.

Hey all thanks for the feedback you guys have shared i just tried out edging for twenty minutes tocsee if that helps i guess i should have done it right after the warming down session and btw i wet jelq usibg olive oil. I used to kegel at every jelq and my strokes are long and moderatly lightInitial

Mine would normally turtle after jelqing... Until I started working into more reps (>400 or so), at which point I started seeing expansion that would last most of the day.
I'm not saying that this is what you need to do specifically, but it might warrant some (safe and controlled) experimentation
