can normal jelq be done with palm face out of the body? I find it easier to get good grip like this but I'm afraid that it might not be good.

Yes, it is the Reverse OK grip, just be sure to stop before you reach the glans.

I find it more comfortable myself due to wide shoulders, and I've gained using that grip.

Its the only jelq method I do...all the others and I lose the erection percentage I want..

I also like this method the best, I feel like I get start the jelq stroke deeper into the base making it more effective.
