  • Question after one week of JP90

    I have been doing the JP90 routine for a week now and I do the warm-ups and warm-downs, but after the warm-down, the ambient air is so cold compared to the temperature of my penis that it just shrivels up smaller than what it originally was...

    Now from what I understand, the way PE works is that the exercises cause micro-tears in the tissue and this tissue then heals while the penis is stretched causing it to get bigger over time...


    But if the penis gets really small after all these exercises, isn't the penis going to heal in it's small state and stay small???

    Sorry if I have a bad understanding of the mechanics, I'm very new to the PE world.

    I'm not sure how true that is. I'm a beginner as well and I usually don't have that problem. If I were you, I would do anything possible to keep it as warm as I could. Wrap yourself up in blankets. At least for a couple hours after your session is over.
    Start:
    (1/6/14) BPEL: 6 3/4" NBPEL: 5 3/4" EG: 5 3/16" BPFSL: 7" NBPFSL: 6 1/8"

    Short term goal: BPEL: 7 3/16" EG: 5 7/8"

      I also realized by doing the stretches that there are 2 different types of stretching....

      There is a stretch where you can actually see the penis elongating and a different stretch where you are tugging at the ligaments...

      I was wondering which kind of stretching is recommended for the jp90 routine??

        If it goes smaller in the cold weather, try doing helicopter shakes whenever you are free for like 30-90 seconds or so just to get the flaccid hang out.

        Besides my PE routine,
        I do those whenever Im in a toilet break, in a shower, in a room when there's no one and where I can get some privacy.... whenever I can get some privacy and be free, I will do those.

        P.S. It works for me, but just because if it works for me, doesnt mean it works for you. But I dont see why shouldn't you give this a shot!
