    still no results, been training for two months with uan routine 2-3 times per week (one 30-second stretch in all directions and 150 jelqs) for 2 months.


    That I can be doing wrong, I reduced from 200 to 150 jelqs because in the first month I did not see any change. With 10 mins to warm start and 10 at the shower

    Ive been doing it for 3 months almost and gained some good size.

    This is what I do - Its a modified JP90

    ALL FLACCID
    Straight out stretch for 20 seconds - 25 quick kegels while stretched

    Stretch left for 20 seconds - 25 quick kegels while stretched and then 10 circles to the left while still stretched
    5 quick helicopter twirls

    Let it go completely flaccid
    Flaccid Bend - 2 fingers right hand
    Tunica Tug - 20 seconds
    Flaccid Bend - 2 fingers left hand

    Stretch right for 20 seconds - 25 quick kegels while stretched and then 10 circles to the right while still stretched
    5 quick helicopter twirls

    Let it go flaccid again
    Flaccid Bend - 3 fingers right hand
    Tunica Tug - 20 seconds
    Flaccid Bend - 3 fingers left hand

    Stretch Straight out for 20 seconds - 25 quick kegels while stretched and then 10 BIG circles while still stretched
    5 quick helicopter twirls

    100-200 wet jelqs at 65-75% erection level - nice and slow

    VERY IMPORTANT DO NOT SQUEEZE THE CRAP OUT OF IT. Just use a nice medium grip. I dont know why, but I found at the start I was squeezing hard to try to get as much blood through as possible. But once I relaxed the grip a bit I got much better results.

    5 quick helicopter twirls

    This part is a bit tricky to explain

    Girth Exercise 1 -
    Get erection to 100% - Clamp at the base of penis with your right hand and clamp hard. Relax the grip for half a second and kegel in blood and clamp hard again so that youre erection is now at 110%. Take left hand and place it below the glans. Give it 20 good hard and quick squeezes. Each squeeze is like half a second. After 20 you will notice the erection is still large but softer. Relax the clamped hand.

    5 helicopters

    Girth exercise 2 -

    Clamp erection at 100% - kegel in blood to 110% (same as above) and hold clamp hard for 1 minute. Relax

    Helicopter

    Repeat girth exercise 1

    And thats it.

    In 2 and a half months these are my results. Most of my girth actually came in the last 2 weeks, thats when i started adding those girth exercises to the routine.

    Erect Girth - 4 3/8"
    Erect Length (bone pressed) - 5 15/16"

    Erect Girth - 5 5/16"
    Erect Length (bone pressed) 6 5/16"

    Hope that helps. Try it, see what works for you, modify it a bit if need be.

        hey just a two cents here. JP's 90 day routine is a condition training for your dingy, according to a lot of veterans here you may or may not gain from 1-2 months or 3 months(90 days). After 90 days routine, go to advance routine, since you probably conditioned yourself for it.

        Remember don't expect to gain 1-2 inch for 3 months, that's rare. Some gain it for 1-2 years. But hell it's worth the freakin time. GOOD LUCK!

          I have been on the JP90 for about a month and half. I have had great gains with it right from the beginning. Make sure you are jelqing correctly. Listen to your body. If your PIs are good then keep doing what you are doing or up the intensity.

          This is trial by error. Unfortunately you need to find out what works for you. If what you're doing isn't working then you need to try something new.

          The gains will come if you are working correctly and consistent with your PE. Keep at it bud.

          I do the JP90 but I do all 90 Vs first and then the 150 wet jelqs. Make sure you are warming up and down. Long slow jelqs work the best for me
