  • Girth workout routine

    Can anyone tell me what's the best workout routine for gaining more girth? and what is the rate for the expected gains.

    NBEL: 15.5 cm = 6.1 inch/EG: 4.2 inches/FL: 7.7 cm = 3 inch/FG:3.7 inches = 9.4 cm

    12/01/10
    BPEL: 18 cm or 7.1 inch/NBEL: 17 cm or 6.7 inch/FG: 4.4 inch or 11.2 cm/EG: 4.8 or 12,2 cm

    Short term goal(June 2010)
    NBEL: 7'5/EG: 5'5

    Long term goal:
    NBEL: 9/EG: 6.5

      look firstly you have to realise that this is a marathon not a sprint. you need to establish a regular routine that you can stick to and stop obsessing about making gains and measuring all the time, DONT DO THAT, instead do a beginners routine JP's for 3 months and only after that should you bother worrying about girth, seriously do the JP's beginners plan and be patient and it will work. after 3 months you move onto advanced stuff but dont bomard your brain untill you need to reserch beginners plan first, search Function!!

        i didnt say anything about being obssesed or measuring all the time, i just wanted a routine for girth thats all but thanks neways, wut does JP means if you dont mind me asking

          Firstly, start on this routine. It's a 3 month beginner routine that will give you good gains, but will also condition your penis for move intense exercises later on (and girth exercises are intense).

          If you follow this routine, you'll gain in both length and girth and once completed, you could start jelqing at a higher erection level - this targets girth.

          Make sure you warm up properly and make sure you're penis is conditioned or you risk injuring yourself.

          Don't try and do too much, too soon. Just follow this routine and in 3 months, look into girth-specific exercises.
          Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

          Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

          Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG
