alright, heres how it went down.
I kept a diary from july last year when I kinda started it seriously, and about a month after I started the diary I got serious....... or so I thought!! my bpel was dead even with my bpfsl, and that all changed after a lax and honestly broken up routine.
I gained an inch in bpfsl, and sometimes I can see just over 1/2 an inch bpel, only sometimes I can see that, but my nbpel really hasn't changed (which is the one we all want) but they are gains nonetheless.
my routine which I had started writing down was right, or so I thought, but it turns out that it was a really intermittent routine, as in sometimes I would train 2 days in a row then have 1 day off, sometimes I would tran 1 day and 3 off, this sort of thing is exactly what I idid, I had terrible consistency, sometimes a week off, here there everywhere........ really not committed. I did have my ups and down while PEing, but I followed them, I think my consistency has been my critical failure in PE?
can anyone tell me if this would be a major factor in not gaining all that much? I really think I need to commit to the jp90 again and follow a 3 on 1 off and see how far that takes me? or maybe my newbie gaisn have been used up? not sure........
