I'd advised getting it checked out.

Just wondering: When you jelq/stretch do you touch the head of your penis. The stroke should end before the glans and you should aim to grip an inch behind your penis.

How long have you been PE'ing for? How intense if your routine?

I haven't been doing anything. umm i havent been pe'ing for a day and havent been doing it enough to do anything serious. I noticed it yesterday it's like a film. I looked in to it and Its supposed to be when you dry masterbate that stuff happens. And i am supposed to treat it as a cut or something like that
