Hey guys, just wondering about girth, I'm like fine with my dick's length but I would like a lot more girth, i'm only like 3.75" in girth so that sucks, could anyone point me into a direction that has only girth exercises? I'm still a beginner, I mean if I make length gains yay for me, but not worried about it, or if anyone has just girth exercises or like a guide them selves that they could hand me. That would be fantastic thanks guys.

Girth exercises require prior conditioning, according to how much PE experience you have under your belt, I suggest that you complete your conditioning period first before making any adjustments, PE is a long term process, and you must be patient.

As MrB8 suggested, start on one of the beginner's routines from https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html. After 3 months of that you can move on to doing more concentrated girth work. Girth work is normally very intense, so as people have said, proper conditioning is definitely required.

Yeah I have been looking at that one for a while, but my main problem is time and privacy honestly at most I've got about 15 mins in the bathroom for a shower, so I don't see how I can fit all that in at once, especially with the warming up and down. If you canīt figure out an excuse to be alone for 30 min I feel sorry for you. Also I just went and jelq'ed for 10 mins after warming up, I see to have trouble getting like a 70% erection while jelqing it continuously goes down as I jelq, another thing when jelqing I''ve got a lot of skin at the base of my dick, like so when I jelq it pulls it all with my hand so I only have about 2-3" to do a jelq. Umm any tips or tricks?

Lube is te answer to that last bit. As to having no private time, you'll have to figure it out on your own. A hot shower can be enough of a warm up, so if you are quick about you can just do exercises anywhere after that.26-04-'14: BPEL: 6.0" EG: 4.33"

Little harsh there dude. Wife, kids, one john, etc., can easily make doing PE difficult. Nothing is cut in stone. Some guys have sensitive peckers that injure easily. Mine for instance is probably made of steel because I haven't ever injured it, and I do intense PE. Do you think 90 days is a magic number? It's a number, but some guys are ready way before that time, others are still not ready after it. I think you can focus on jelging (I quit stretching a long time ago because I was getting practically no bang for my buck), but start off easy and add in plenty of rest time between sessions. See how your unit responds and add or subtract. If you don't completely understand the jelqing technique, learn it fully before getting into a routine. Learn about positive and negative PI's to help understand what your unit is trying to tell you. You can pm me if you wish if you have any questions. But you could warmup with a rice sock (put in your pants for 10min+) before you take a shower - then you are ready warmed up and ready to start stretching. Stretch for 5 min + and jelq for 5-10 min the first weeks/months. Then warm down with the rice-sock. Do this 1 day on / 1 day off.Starting stats:
