currently i have bought a gel pack for heating. a rice bag for heating. both of which arnt hot enough or stay hot long enough for after the jelq. i have used a cloth and boiling water its the most effective but its the most messy. i live with other people who dont know i do this and i want to keep it that way i just want a mess free way of heat so i can warm up properly. any advice?

Yes buy a heating pad since it spreads the heat really well.
Make sure that the cover of your heating pad is made out of cotton

I've used a heating pad, a rice sock and a hot shower.... the best by FAR!!! is a little plug in 1500w heating element with fan for 20bucks at wallmart.... this thing will blow hot hot hot air on my crotch for as long as i want... if i feel my dick get even a little bit cold during jelqing or hanging or whatever i'm doing i'll turn it on with the flick of a switch...
