  • What to do?????

    Ok, so my penis is softer when flaccid, but it's also softer when erect. I'm scared to continue PEing because I don't want to completely lose my erections. What do I do???

    BTW, I've exercised for a few months (with a big break), am young, take vitamins, exercise, kegel... so confused about what to do.

    Please help!

    What was your routine and how was your eq before doing pe?

      Perhaps you need to stop PE and focus on edging. Has you dick grew during this time?

        In erect state, I see a small improvement on the thinnest part of my penis. An increase of .15 inch in girth.

        I also feel that my flaccid hangs a little lower, but not much.

        I've never had great EQ, maybe because of over mastrubation in the past (2-3 times a day on average since age of 9. I'm 20 now)

        It's hard to tell what my EQ was but my problem has always been that when I'm standing up, my penis tends to go down quickly if I don't stimulate it. In other positions, it also goes down, but not as quick. So I don't know what my EQ was prior to PE, but I would say it dropped by about 1-2 points.

          Post your routine; you may be overtraining which is causing yuor drop in EQ.

          Try giving up masturbating 2-3 times a day (a tight grip whilst masturbating can also cause erectile problems). I had similar problems where I had an EQ of between 6-7 at the most. I was masturbating and watching porn everyday; sometimes multiple times. Over the past several days, I've stopped watching porn and only relied on physical stimulation to get an erections; I've started drinking Green Tea and the only masturbation I do is Edging for 15 minutes or over, about twice a week. I've already noticed that my erections are harder than before.
          Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

          Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

            When I first started PE, I was warming up for 10 mins followed by 5 mins of stretching and 10 mins of Jelquing. Over 2 and a half month period, warm up and stretch period stayed the same, as I gradually increased Jelquing to 25 mins. During the Jelquing sessions, I used the V Jelq and the regular Jelq. I also implemented Ulli's which I think had some effect on the erection (making it worse).

            Then, I quit PE for about a month, and now I got back. I got back by again doing 10 mins of warm up, 5 mins of stretching, and 10 mins of Jelquing. It's been a week now, and I am afraid that this might give me lower EQ.

            I also relied on porn my whole life to get an erection, as well as sitting down (which I believe forced more blood into the penis as opposed to standing up). I think that might be the cause of my EQ, though I'm no authoriy here.

              Cut back on the porn until you need it no more.
              Also, maybe you're griping to tight when you jelq. And what erection % are you at when you're doing it?

                lay off for a week and let your bodies inate healing ability kick in.

                It is probably just under-recovery which is often very imperceptible but is no big deal.

                I strangely seem to get the best gains the less I do, thats why I'm going back to 2 on 1 off and dont give a damn if I miss the odd session here and there. I know I have the discipline, I'm just being intuitive and listening to my body and looking at the big picture.

                  Ok,

                  Juding by what other recommend, here's my new plan: NO more Porn!!! (big one for me, as it's a sort of an addiction), keep doing kegels, take 1 week off from PE and cut down on mastrubation (edging instead, but not every day)

                  We'll see what happens. My girlfriend is coming back from her country in a exactly 1 week, so looking forward to that.
