  • Frustrating problems

    I am trying to follow jon pops routine and the stretches are the hardest things for me to do.
    I cannot get a good grip on my penis. It says to grip underneath the glans but when I do grip underneath glans and pull, my hands goes over my glans in a way. I am circumsized so extra skin isn't a problem. However, my skin is so "stretchy" that its impossible for me to get any kind of grip to stretch. When I stretch, instead of stretching the penis, I stretch the penis skin which leads to pain.
    Also, I get erect so easily I have to stop and wait every few minutes. Even the helicopter shakes get me full hard erections. Any suggestions?
    Now I might not have micropenis, but my penis is small enough for me to say it's small. I don't understand those who complain about 5 in erect penises. How I wish for something like that.

    Here is a thread about getting a better grip. Baby powder works for me. As far as getting erect too easily, you can masturbate before your PE session(one way)
    Stay away from the porn while PEing, and anything that excites you. Try to think about non sexual things, eventually your penis will know when it is workout time or playtime. Good luck

        Two suggestions for the grip: 1) try wrapping your shaft with a thin cloth (I used an old washcloth), and 2) first make your stretch in a downward direction or off to the side, then move to whatever direction you want to pull from. The erections will stop once you get used to PE, but perhaps in the meantime you might consider masturbating an hour or so before starting.

          This is the same idea that I use. I kegel a little bit more blood into the head causing it to expand and then I grip underneath the head. The expanded head acts like a 'hook' so my hand does not slip off whilst stretching.
          Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

          Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

            When you stretch your stretching to stretch the ligs. make your grip in the mid shaft region with two fingers like the titan grip.
