Iv been doing some jelqs in the shower and some streatchs and I am taking prosolution pills too...I don't have to much time to do or the alone time ..so iam asking plz I need a good routine that won't take that long to do something like 30 mins long . Thanks

Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG
Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG
Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG

I would just minimize reps from JP's beginner program. 30 minutes would be enough time to get
5 min warming
10 min stretching
10 min jelqs
5 min warming
and if you are in the shower the whole time, that's not a terrible workout since you are warming most of the time.Started Dec 2009: BPEL 6.25 EG 4.50 BPFSL 7.0
Top Feb 2010: BPEL 7.15 EG 4.50 BPFSL 7.45
Current Nov 2013: BPEL 7.0 EG 4.5 BPFSL 7.3 (I stopped in summer 2010, starting up again)
