  • Question about the JP90 stretching exercise

    Is the stretching exercise only for one set. For example 1. pull straight out and 25 kegels, 2. pull left 25 kegels, 3. pull right 25 kegels, 4. pull straight up 25 kegels. Of course included are the helicopters and big circle stretch.

    What the JP90 describes is a complete stretching routine. In other words, you just do it once through, as described.

    Is that what you meant by "set"?
    Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

      Yes, so it's only once through? I'm mostly looking for length. Is there other stretching exercises to help give me length?

        Let's say i get use to the JP90 routine. Can i now increase from doing one time to 2 times or 3 times for a session?
