I started a PE routine 2 months ago. So far i have gained .3"erect length and .1" in girth. After reading multiple ebooks and forum posts I decided to change attack plan and make my own routine from a mix of a few of the sources.. My routine takes about 30 minutes and I do 3 days on and 1 day off and is as follows
1) Warm up with a rice sock for 3-4 minutes
2) Get a 100% erection for 1-2 minutes (this was a tip from penis advantage)
3) Once my penis returns to less than 25% erection I start stretches (45 seconds each rep in all 5 directions with 10 seconds between each stretch)
4) I then get my penis to between 40%-60% erection and start to wet Jelq (200-300 jelqs at 2 second each depending on time on hand)
5) Then as a cooldown I take a warm shower and massage my penis.
6) Recently while in the shower I have started using my thumb and first finger to clamp the base of my penis and use PC exercises to force blood into my penis this lasts for 1-2 minutes.
I also do PC exercises 3 sets of 20 PC contraction 2 seconds each every day and and extra 100 on exercise days. I do these not only for enlargement but also in an attempt to become multi-orgasmic.
I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to improvements to my routine for faster gains. The only side effect I have seen was on my last exercise I notice a dark spot form after my routine was done but after my rest day it is 95% gone.
