So, I have been trying to do the JP routine, but it takes quite a bit of time, and my PE time is when I am in the shower, so I can't be in for close to an hour without people freaking out about water bills and locking myself in the bathroom will just get people asking, "Are you OK?", "Whats going on in there, you fall in?".
Another problem is my memory, I have horrible memory and keep forgetting what order and what exercises to do. Is there a basic routine that is easy to remember and doesn't take more then 30 minutes a day to do? Something that have proven results would be nice.
