  • Any good BASIC routine?

    So, I have been trying to do the JP routine, but it takes quite a bit of time, and my PE time is when I am in the shower, so I can't be in for close to an hour without people freaking out about water bills and locking myself in the bathroom will just get people asking, "Are you OK?", "Whats going on in there, you fall in?".

    Another problem is my memory, I have horrible memory and keep forgetting what order and what exercises to do. Is there a basic routine that is easy to remember and doesn't take more then 30 minutes a day to do? Something that have proven results would be nice.

    Do a 10-15 minute warmup
    Then stretch for 10 minutes
    Then Jelq for 10 minutes
    Warmdown for a few minutes

      Piledriver ... do you use a rice-sock to warm up and do you have privacy in your bed-room?

      If so, heat up your rice sock in the microwave and jump back into bed with it round your penis for 10 minutes. And then do the stretches in bed if you can ... you don't need lube for those.

      The rice sock will still have warmth so wrap that round your penis ... use a shoe string if that helps ... and go off to the bath-room for just your wet and v jelqs. But don't do them in the shower ... sit on the can ... the sound of the shower will only draw attention to how long you've been in there ... it drives me nuts when my kids have ridiculously long showers.

      Anyways ... after you've done your jelqs (maybe 15 or 20 minutes) jump into the shower and let the warmth run over your penis and wash off the lube.

      Hey presto ... done.

      And if anyone asks about the rice-sock, tell 'em you're using it to heat a shoulder injury or something. They'll never know.

      Remember ... consistency coupled with rest days will help you reach your goal. Be creative ... you'll find a way.

        Yeah, I have a "rice bag" like a rice sock, I will try using those instead of the warm shower. This sounds like a good routine I will try, thanks!

          You should be recording your routines. A written or typed journal will do, but it's essential that you keep track of your training.
