Also Im into weight lifting, diet wise I eat a lot of protein, take a multivitamin and zinc supplement. The only time I have to jelq is in the shower after I take my protein shake. After my workout I eat a protein shake with 3 packets of instant oats, 1 ounce of almonds and a banana then I go to the showers to jelq. This is what my jelq routine looks like.
Warm up- let warm water hit my penis
Stretching exercises- pull dick to the left hold, pull it to the right hold, pull it up past my belly button hold, pull it down between my legs hold, pull it out in front hold, bundle to left, bundle to right, I do that exercise when you pull your ball sack to stretch out your inner penis, I also do something where I push my pubic bone the area between my ass and my balls and push and jelq or tug the inside of my penis and pull that out. do all that for 5 minutes
Jelq- they say 10 minutes so I jelq holding my penis with my right hand and jelq with my left for 100 x's then the opposite hands switch 100 x's then I jelq downward 100x's then I jelq upward toward my belly button 100 x's then forward 100 x's I don't time but it should add up to about 10 minutes.
Uli- afterwards I jack off til get a hard on and do Uli's hold for a minute or so til the head gets really hard.
