    It has been one & a half years since I had to discontinue PEing after suffering a brain injury. So it's starting afresh for me again.

    I'm going to begin shortly with the JP90 - the golden standard for beginners. Along with that I'm gonna follow Minuteman's Kegel guide. I'd like to ask whether I can use a penis extender right from the beginning of PEing or should I wait till I have finished the JP90 & my member has been conditioned for a while.

    Appreciate any valuable advice from all. I'd be thankful for advice from senior members such as rbi99, imac, smallpackageRay, Iguana, amongst others. Thank you,

      Welcome back! I used an extender while doing manual PE to great success when I started out and so have many others. Just keep an eye on your PIs and reduce your extender hours if your EQ is suffering as a result. Start off with only a few hours at the start and increase your time extending in accordance with PIs.

        @kickinthemebs - Thanks a lot for your help. I do intend to take it very judiciously & carefully. I shall closely keep any eye on the PI & EQ indicators. But thanks for the confirmation that I can be at peace to take things ahead.

          Welcome back to the gym. If you stay safe and take it slow you will have no issues with extending and doing the JP90 day routine.
          Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

                What caused your injury, sorry but curiosity is getting me. Hopefully you are fully recovered and living well.
