  • Beginner problem

Hi everyone, I have been doing JP's 90 day routine for four months now and I feel that I may be doing something wrong. Yes I have seen an increase in the strength of my erections and overall health, but I haven't seen any increase in length or girth. Could there be a flaw in the way I exercise? I'd really like some input. Thanks in advance.

      Don't miss this thread!!

      Congrats on your EQ improvements!

Positive PIs means you are on the right track and the way to gains, but it takes time, so be patient and persistent, PE is a long term process, more like a marathon than a sprint.

The first 90 days, with JP's routine, are mainly to condition your penis, and you are already reaping the benefits of your labor, gains will come, keep at it.

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!
A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Though some see gains from the JP90 and additional jelqing and stretching, you may want to consider introducing devices into your routine. I did not see any meaningful gains for the first 6 months and I started pumping from day 1.

People usually get some minor gains in length, but its just a condioning period - better EQ is great though
Try to increase the intensity? Add a new stretch, bundle stretch for example. Do more jelq reps?
            Have you measured bpsfl?
            Starting stats:
            01.08.2013: BPEL 6,3 x 4,3 MSEG
            22.06.2015: BPEL 7.6 x 5.30 MSEG(not cemented)
            After a long break:
            01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG
            16.11.2018: BPEL 7.3 x 5.0-5.1 MSEG BSEG 5.3
Are you struggling to get it up while with a girl? Look up PIED!

I stuck with the JP routine for nine months without seeing any gains at all. I think you should make changes to your routine well before you reach half those many months. So, do it, do it, do it!

Hey, yeah I will increase the intensity and number of jelqs. Honestly I'm not sure how to measure it correctly.

Are you just doing manual exercises? or are you using devices?

You definitely need to increase the intensity (while keeping this top EQ).
For girth you may want toadd a few Squeezes (see Big Al's jelq free routine).
What is your detailed routine now?

You definitely need to add more intensity.
Add one Uli's in between jelq sets (5 min for each jelq sets).
                          Increase their number overtime.
What is your EL when you jelq? You can increase it to 70-80%. 5 seconds per jelq.

                          What about stretching?
