  • Estimated timescale?

Hello forum. I'm new to PE and would like to ask about gains and how long they take. Which exercise is most effective gains etc.
I am currently 7" erect length and 5" erect girth. My goals are 8" erect length and 5.5" erect girth. I'm being realistic with my gains here guys.

I just have no experience and no clue how long this might take. Help?
    Start 10/01/10:
    BPEL - 7"
    EG - 5"

    31/01/10:
    BPEL - 7.2"
    EG - 5"

1" in length and 1/2" in girth shouldn't take too long. You could reach your goals in 6-12 months, if everything goes smoothly. Wish you lots of luck!

Thanks for your reply! I hope to reach this goal as soon as possible. So 6months would be fantastic! Does anyone have any advice on the best exercise to use (from personal experience) Or is there any other opinion on how long this (realistic) goal will take?
      Start 10/01/10:
      BPEL - 7"
      EG - 5"

      31/01/10:
      BPEL - 7.2"
      EG - 5"

I would suggest you dial up to JP's 90 days beginners routine, start a progress log, a stop harping on the time it will take for your pecker to grow. There are literally hundreds of messages on PE forums across the internet and there is NO solid answer. Everybody reacts in different ways, others exaggerate, and some simply give up because they didn't grow that 8x6 hammer before their big weekend date.

Please, read and start JP's routine, start your progress log, and BE CONSISTENT. Also, come on here and ask your questions and post your results.

Now, I only say these things because I tore out of the gate with something to prove back in August. God, after less than a month after being on JP's plan I was hanging 4 lbs from my schlong and clamping! It is a miracle I didn't rip my cock off. I realized how dangerous it was, stopped PE for several weeks, and started again. So please take it slow, follow JP's program (or any beginner program you like), take it easy, and chart your own progress.

I wish you the best of luck!

Dude, first off, welcome to the gym. Secondly, LISTEN to what tereva told you. You start with the 90 day newbie routine and you move up from there. You do the routine AS IT IS WRITTEN AND FOR THE TIME SPECIFIED. Do not get fancy, creative or anything else with the exercises. You MUST condition your dick first before you move into advanced exercises.

As for the time frame, listen bro, everyone here wants the elusive 8" cock within a month of them starting PE. It just doesn't happen that way and that way of thinking is going to get you injured, something you DEFINITELY do not want.

As was stated by tereva, everyone reacts differently to PE. You might get to your goal in a year and it might take 7 years. Point is, you'll get there but you must remain committed to the program and dedicated. Don't give up just because it doesn't happen in a year or so, it could take longer. I've been at this shit for 5 years now and I'm still going. Granted, I enjoy the fuck out of it and will PE until I'm dead but besides that, I know this is good for my overall penis' health.

So, you've been given some great advice. Please take it. We don't want to see you get injured.
It's a tough job being good looking and hung :-)
