As long as you have a routine that works for you, I see no reason why you can't achieve growth.

Remember, the first few months of PE is about conditioning and learning your body's responses to the various exercises. A 4 on /3 off schedule fine.

A few things that might help you achieve your goals...

          Be consistent.

Start a progress log so you can make simple entries to show and record what you've tried. That way you can see what works and review modifications you've made. It will also serve as an accountability vehicle for yourself and and encouragement to others here in the forums.

I wish you well on your PE journey.
          Start BPEL 4.9 MSEG 4.7
          Current BPEL 7 MSEG 5.87
          Goal 8x6
          Getinbig's progress log
          Getinbig DP4000 Progress Log

That's a good routine starting out for the first few weeks or month. However, you will need increase your workout time and intensity for meaningful growth.

Try in the coming week to add an additional day to your workout schedule. Try a 2 on the 1 off schedule. Or 2 and 2. Aim for a 3 and 1 off or 3 and 2 schedule over the next month or so.
