    Hello! newbie here. I just want to ask if this JP90 routine might work on my penis. My flaccid length is only 2inch and my fully erect length is 4inch . Does JP90 is the best for me? I'll appreciate your answer thank you. By the way I've started doing JP90 and it's my second day today. And also which supplements should i take with those 3 above?should i take all of them once a day?

    Congrats on starting your PE journey with JP90 to condition your penis, and gain, yes you can benefit from it, start slow, and build up to the full routine over the period of a few weeks.

    Make sure you start your jelqing stroke as close to the pubic bone as you can, and dig deep in your fat pad, also stop the stroke before you reach the glans. Use a moderate light grip and do not pull too hard when stretching.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Be sure to take accurate starting measurements and photos so you have something to compare your bigger dick to down the road.

      i started with a relatively small dick and I found that one handed jelqs were more effective than two handed jelqs.

          Start of with JP's Beginner routine. The goal right now is to condition your penis to basic part of PE which is stretching and jelging (including warming up/down). This will get your brain into the habit of doing it on a basic schedule whether or not you get 'newbie gains'.
          Also, I want (as many others as well I would think) you to know that it does require time (years at that) to really gain in fibers. Take a look at not2bigs signature displaying a yearly progress and you will see it takes a lot to really change the size of the penis on a cellular level. This is pretty consistent with most give or take a few millimeters. So, if you decide to go this route (which by far is the safest using common sense a well not to go overboard), stay dedicated knowing gains will happen and not just may happen which is all the motivation you need.

            If you want motivation have a look at the success subforum.
            Make sure to read the links provided by Mrb8, especially those on safety. You have only one penis , so take care of it and be patient .
            Starting a progress log in the progress subforum is an idea worthy of your attention. Write down your work out in details, the PIs (physiological indicators) you notice, funny stories and sexy pictures (not of yourself thank you) are a must.
            What will be your warm up? This is an important step towards gains and safety.

                Thanks to all of you guys.. Right now I'm doing JP90 with 10min warm up and 5-6min warm down.. JP90 stretching and modified jelq..Since I'm having hardtime when I count my jelqs. I jelq for 10mins 2-3sec per stroke(light grip). And I removed the v-jelq Its hard for me to do it bcoz of my penis loosen skin. I do PE with 2days and 1day OFF. Right now, I just want to ask if my modified JP90 is only okay for me??? thanks for your answer Merry Xmas and Happy newyear to all of you guys

                  You can replace v-jelqs with regular jelqs, try to make your strokes 3-5 seconds long instead of 2-3.

                  Let your PIs be your guide! If they are positive then you are doing good!

                        Yes, up to two or three nonconsecutive times a week, IF your PIs are positive, and watch your total workload.
