  • Confused on problem

    I have been a member of this forum for a few years now. I have attempted to complete the JP90 and always get frustrated because i couldnt maintain semi erection for jelqing.

    I found out i should be sitting down or standing to do it. I had been laying on my back so that was the problem right there haha.

    Anyway i started a beginners routine again. This time jelqing only and left out the v jelqs.

    I quickly noticed a much much better erection, libido increase, heavier flaccid. I have to say i loved all of these benefits and i cant see myself stopping after experiencing the benefits.

    The thing is i have lost all of these benefits for a good 6 weeks now and i want them all back!

    I put the loss down to using certain supplements and compounds for the gym. But if that was the case i should have my improved erections back by now as my body should be clean of these supps.

    I took a week off from all PE about 3/4 weeks ago and no improvement. I am jelqing only for 15-20 mins.

    How tight is your grip when you jelq?

    Do you stretch at all?

      I never jelq for that long maybe your routine needs some new exercises?

        I do not stretch at all only jelq.

        I am unsure how tight my grip is. It did cross my mind that i may have been gripping to hard so for the last week i have loosened up.

        I am gutted i do not have the benefits anymore as they was fun. Can i get them back?

          Wha other exercises can I do alongside jelqs to improve eq?

            Try and make sure your grip is at or around 50%, and the jelq slides easily.

            Kegel Exercises and edging can help EQ. Just make sure not to over-do the kegels, they can actually have a negative effect that way.

            Most girth focused exercises will increase EQ, but other than jelqs, they should be saved for after a conditioning period. Performing this beforehand may lead to injury and setbacks.

            You can also look into a couple easy, at hope, healthy EQ raising additions to your diet. See below for info on these.

              Even though you don't seem to have been working so hard, there are still some signs of overtraining, as there is no reason otherwise for benefits to disappear. Perhaps your penis responded well after the first some number of PE sessions but became tired after so long. I think you were right in taking a break, and I would not expect the benefits to return during the break. To me, 15-20 minutes is quite a bit of jelqing; maybe cut it down a little, especially if your grip is intense.

              As workin_4_it also mentioned, you should also start a kegel/reverse kegel routine. Ask if you have any questions about it.

              Do you have any other PIs, positive or negative? It sounds like you're just not experiencing the same benefits.

              Following up on workin_4_it's post, one thing I noticed that did wonders for my libido/erections is mixing green tea and ginseng tea. I ended up needing to edge way more than would normally be too much with no ill effects, so you can try this. I'm not sure what variety of ginseng the tea has, as the tea is supposedly Chinese but made in the US.
