You can cause permanent damage just masturbating once for that long. It depends more on how aggressive you were about masturbating.
Many people who have permanent injuries got them from masturbating too aggressively. If you feel youve damaged your junk, you probably have and should seek out a doctor asap. It might be embarrassing to admit to the doc that you hurt yourself because you have a masturbation problem (something only teenagers struggle with) but it's better than going the rest of your life with a broke ass dick.

Maybe I am odd, but when I feel the need I typically do it 3 or so times in a row, and typically take that long as well.Original/Current Stats:

Well, edging is definitely good but doing it for too long when you aren't trained up to that point is not very good because of the likelihood of overtraining. Having a good balanced amount of edging is nice in tandem with a manual PE workout. I like to do oen after my main workout on some occasions, but make sure not to do it for too long because you can be in risk of the overtraining factor of working out. It can be expressed as an analogy through running. No person with little experience in long distance running is going to jump right into a marathon for the first day. Marathons are obviously very long and tire a person out especially beginners fairly quickly.
Be careful with PE exercises because you don't want to injure yourself, but also have fun doing them; edging is definitely my favorite PE exercise that I have had experience doing.

Death grip is definitely not fun. Cutting out more masturbation and being less rigorous helped me loose the small case of death grip that I had.
