  • Favorite apps for tracking workouts and progress?

    Hi All,
I'm just getting started with PE and I'm looking for the best ways to track my workouts and progress. Ideally I'd like a mobile iOS app, but I might consider just using a spreadsheet on Google Docs (for example) as well. Anyone have a tracking method to recommend?

I always like an actual log book and a pen. I have a few left from the hardcore days for weights and cardio, and one for protein, carbs and fat intake.

My wife has seen them and thinks I really wasted a lot of time.

I found an app for the iPhone that is pretty good. It's called TrackNShare. The pro version is about $5, and though there is some interface wonkiness and no syncing between devices yet, it's the most powerful and flexible tracking app I've found. You can input and track any variables you want, from jelqing routines to measurements, diet, weather, whatever! You can export your date to Excel spreadsheets too, if you're into that. I'm using it to track my PE workouts and my regular workouts and health as well, and I'm looking forward to seeing my progress graphed out and keeping an eye on my consistency. Hope this helps some of you!
