Penis sized won't determine if you get laid unless you walk around with your penis out so relax. Most girls willing to have sex with you won't be deterred by your penis if the chose to try and sleep with you it means they like you. I can say that i have made some gains so i trust it works. don't get hung up on how much you will gain just make sure you take it easy don't hurt yourself and enjoy your experience you are tugging on your dick after all. There are lots of options for you. But honestly, your attitude is a nightmare. I'm not going to bullshit you about size not being important. It's very important to you. Why do you think you need a bigger penis to have sex?

As mentioned above, ladies will not ask about your size, and will only see it when you are just about to have sex, if you know how make her feel good and learn how to use your penis, you are all set.

You do not have to wait for your extender to arrive to start working on your dick. If you have not already done so, you should start a beginners routine which will help increase your dick's size and also condition your dick for the Extender. A conditioned dick is less likely to sustain an injury.

I think you should take a BPEL measurement if you have not done so already, it is the best way to measure your gains against and is the useable penis.

Measurements, abbreviations and acronyms.

Also you might want to start a log in the progress forum, it will help you keep track of what is working for you.
