  • I'm Confused!!

    Hey Members,

    I'm new on this Forum . till now , I've read too many things and it looks most of you guys are having benefits from this Forum. Guys I also want to increase my Cock's length width and want fast erections, I've quit watching porn completely , I was an addict but I just decided to quit it completely. well, I want to start Penis exercises but I'm really really confused where to start , I've never done any penis exercise till yet. can you guys please guide me where to start ? I'm 21 year of age. Guide me completely in good direction what should be the first exercise , how many reps should I do , how many days a week should I do , how to add exercise and when to.. please guide me , I'm waiting ..

    If you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety.


    Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

    If you think JP90 is too intense or complicated for you, take a look at PESG's light beginners routine it should help you condition your penis and learn about PE as well as make gains.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Welcome aboard!

      As mentioned above a good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE! link that can be found at the top of the page. The JP90 is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.

      There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

      The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

        JP90 is intense , I mean its difficult to understand for me .. I've read it 3,4 times , English is not my native language , maybe that is why I feel it difficult like I don't LOT there

            how to do reverse kegels ? I'm not able to understand ..can someone here tell me in easy way ?

              The LOT is not used much anymore. Focus on the helicopter shakes, the stretches, and the jelqs. Make sure your penis is about 40-60 % erect when jelqing. Dont use a really firm grip for jelqs. Imagine you are spreading warm butter but Dont want the butter to break. Do the kegels, but after each session do the same number of reverse kegels also.

                Reverse kegels are a slight tensing of the lower abdomen and a slight push like you are pushing urine faster or pushing out poop. Do these at the end of your routine.

                  You can stretch in all directions instead of relying on the LOT, it may come in handy later on though.

                  If you still want to follow JP90, read on, I think you may find the following list easier.

                  - Warm up for 8 to 10 minutes.

                  - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
                  - Hold a stretch downwards for the count of 25 kegels.
                  - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
                  - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
                  - Hold a stretch upwards for the count of 25 kegels.
                  - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
                  - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
                  - Hold a stretch straight out for the count of 25 kegels.

                  - Hold a stretch to the left for the count of 25 kegels.
                  - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
                  - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
                  - Hold a stretch to the right for the count of 25 kegels.
                  - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.

                  - 50 Jelqs.
                  - 30 V-Jelqs.
                  - 50 Jelqs.
                  - 30 V-Jelqs.
                  - 50 Jelqs.
                  - 30 V-Jelqs.

                  -Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes.

                  As a beginner, you should start with less reps, about half of the amount listed above, and work your way up to more over the duration of a few weeks, and according to your PIs, your goal is to get as much positive PIs as possible, not as many reps.

                    Ok , in easy words , if we stop urine stream or stop poop its kegels and if we push them outside, its reverse kegel right ?

                      well that guide is much easier to understand , can you tell me , what If I get 100% or 70%+ erection level during exercise ? should I stop there ? and what if one masturbates after exercise or in the middle of it or without warming down ? is that harmful or what ?

                        I have the same question actually,
                        Mostly when I Jelw at level 60 or 70 then I get fully erect throughout the reps, I do sets of 10.
                        Is it really harmful to Jelq when you are at 100% even though you started with 60 or 70?

                          If you get too erect for the exercises then you stop and wait until your erection subsides, do not jelq with a high erection level to avoid injuring your penis.

                          I recommend edging after your routine instead of masturbation. Two to three nonconsecutive times a week is a good supplement to your PE routine, make sure to monitor your PIs and watch for signs of overtraining.

                            You can injure your penis if you jelq with a high erection level, especially as a beginner.

                            It is normal for beginners to get a full erection while performing the exercises, that is because your penis is not used to them yet, wait until the erection subsides to a safe level before you resume exercising.
